| Directions:
It is a little difficult to find if you don't know the area. South of St. Tropez drive the D-93 past Ramatuelle. You will drive a section of narrow winding road which is beautiful. Watch out for the crazy French drivers zipping around those bends. Before you get to La Croix-Valmer there is a road going south. You will start to see signs saying "Gigaro". Drive as far east as you can until you see a pedestrian entrance to the beach at the far east. The road makes a turn to the left... park where you can and walk back to the turn where there is the entrance to the main beach.
|
Walk east, to the left as you face the sea, past the end of the textile beach and follow the trail into the rocky cliffs. You have about 10 to 20 minutes hiking to find various small sandy coves. Very beautiful setting.
